Terms of Service
CE Print Ltd, 63 Jeddo Road, London W12 9EE, incorporated and registered in England and Wales under company registration number 9044306, (hereinafter referred to as "CE Print") specialises in producing printed material such as flyers, postcards, posters, business cards etc.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. By ordering any of CE Print’s products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
"The Company" means CE Print Ltd. The 'Customer' means the person or company who requests, has requested or buys the supply of services or goods. The ‘Process' and 'Production' mean the implementation of any of the services offered by "The Company".
Communication with the Customer
Communication with the Customer is conducted mainly by e-mail. The Customer must therefore ensure that e-mails can be received. Customer must provide a valid e-mail address when or before any order is placed, and must inform CE Print immediately of any change to their e-mail address. Company is not responsible for Customers’ failure to receive communications from CE Print due to any change of settings to their e-mail software or their e-mail box that blocks the receipt of e-mails or results in e-mails not coming to their attention, e.g. because they have been consigned to a spam folder.
Registration on the Website
Customer agrees that is responsible for protecting password and controlling access to Customer’s registered account. Customer agrees that will be responsible for all orders placed or other actions that are taken through Customer’s registered account.
Terms of purchase for Products
The Customer places the order for a Product on the Site by pressing an order confirmation button at the end of the checkout process. By confirming order, Customer is agreeing to purchase the Product which have been selected. At this point, payment is taken for that order by means of Customer’s nominated Payment Method.
CE Print will send a confirmation email detailing Customer’s order for the Product and the separate email on each major step of Production Process as well as a “dispatch” email.
All work carried out, whether experimentally or otherwise, at Customers request shall be chargeable.
The Customer will be able to purchase Products online and carry out payments by debit/credit card (Visa or Mastercard) via Paypal, by bank transfer as indicated on the site, by following the instructions indicated for the chosen purchase procedure.
The necessary information for payment will be forwarded, by means of cryptographic protocols, to the payment institution which has been entrusted by CE Print for electronic payments, without possibility of any third party having an access to the information.
Payments must be made in advance and only after the payment and the file has been uploaded by the Customer, the selected items will be put into production. Production begins from the moment the file is uploaded.
For payments via bank transfer, production will begin only after payment is received and as a consequence, the delivery can be delayed 2-3 days, plus the time needed for printing and shipping.
Customer responsibility for uploaded content
Images and other material (including textual annotations to and comments on Images) uploaded, posted, contributed, distributed, communicated, transmitted or linked-to by a Customer on, through or in connection with CE Print are treated as "Customer Content" for the purposes of these Terms. Customer must not upload Customer Content, or otherwise deal with Customer Content through CE Print, if does not have the right to do so. CE Print may not be in any way held responsible for the non-authorised use of pictures by Customers or for any type of rights violation by third parties.
CE Print reserves the right, at any time, to stop any order which shows a clear violation of intellectual property rights of third parties or if the contents are defamatory, pornographic, violent or otherwise contrary to public law and morality.
Customer must check the artwork carefully against the format requirements before submitting. CE Print will not accept any responsibility or liability for any colour variations, irregularities or other defects whatsoever of the Products ordered by Customer which are caused as a result of artwork not complying with the format requirements, including (but not limited to) graphics and images, colours and colour mode, cut, fonts and lines.
Cancellation of order
Due to the personalised nature of the Products ordered through this Service, once made, any order for Products placed by Customer normally cannot be cancelled or adjusted after the job status has changed to PREPARATION AND PRINTING. However, in some cases cancellation on the early stage of processing files may be done. Customer should contact CE Print and the Company will assess whether in the circumstances is able to comply with Customer request.
CE Print shall charge £15.00 for early cancellation of order.
Where it is deemed to be in the best interests of the Customer Company reserves the right without prior notification, to sub-contract all or part of the services requested by the Customer.
CE Print will not be held responsible for late deliveries made by Third parties.
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to a client having submitted incorrect address details, CE Print shall charge additional dispatch costs for sending the products again. It is possible that the shipment is delivered at the original address provided by the client at a later date. In that case, CE Print cannot be held responsible.
Notification of damage, delay or partial loss of goods in transit or of non-delivery must be given in writing to the CE Print and the carrier within three clear days of delivery (or, in the case of non-delivery within 28 days of despatch of the goods) and any claim in respect thereof must be made in writing to the CE Print and the carrier within seven clear days of delivery (or, in the case of non-delivery, within 42 days of despatch). All other claims must be made in writing to the CE Print within 28 days of delivery.
These Terms of Service are subject to English law. CE Print will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. If Customer is not happy with the way CE Print deals with any disagreement and wants to take court proceedings, must do so within the United Kingdom. CE Print reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue this Service (or any part of it) without notice to Customer.
NOTHING IN THE TERMS SHALL AFFECT IN ANY WAY THE STATUTORY RIGHTS OF THE CUSTOMER WHO DEALS AS A CONSUMER (AS DEFINED IN S12 (1) UNFAIR CONTRACT TERMS ACT 1977).
